They arrived a little later than scheduled, but they did good work, and the roof looks great. No issues with anything.

Their definition of "sealing" was completely different than mine. I expected that the sealing was to put a sealant down on the roof to prevent leaking in between the concrete tiles. Instead, their definition was to seal the roof from mildew and mold only. Now I have to find and pay for a company to actually seal the roof from leakage Other they did a competent job.cleaning the roof.

I asked for a pressure washing job and I got pressure-less washing, I have not received my invoice, Service Provider has not been responsive after the job.

Before the work began, I received a quote and I agreed to have a chemical cleaning of my roof (4500 sq. ft.) and driveway (2500 sq. ft.). While my roof was being cleaned I was told the gutter around my pool along the patio eave (100 ft.) needed cleaning too. I agreed to have the gutter cleaned. The work was done correctly and I am pleased with the result. However, the final bill was $720.00. The most I have ever paid for this amount of work.

The service for roof cleaning was impeccable. My original phone contact on a Friday resulted in an estimate, which was very reasonable, and an appointment was set for the following Monday. The 2-man crew arrived on time and was fully prepared to conduct the roof cleaning. They completed their work in a timely manner and the work performed could be rated as no less than excellent. The charge was exactly as agreed to and it was an excellent experience all the way around. I highly recommend Dedicated Roofing for all their services.

Isaac called immediately after we put in a request through Home Advisor. They were able to come out the next morning to give us a quote, and were able to complete the job (pressure wash the roof and screen patio) that afternoon. They provided us with great before and after photos, were very friendly, and priced well. We would highly recommend this company.

They did a good job, but were very very late. They did communicate that they would be late, then later, then later, but I had stuff to do, and sat around waiting for them. Very polite and fast when they were here.

Izhak gave courtesy call 30 minutes prior to scheduled time reminding me of their on time arrival (nice touch). Using quality and professional equipment he and coworker pressure washed circular driveway and sidewalk. Results were excellent. Would use again in the future. Thanks.
