Danny came out promptly to locate a disruption in power to a few of our electrical sockets. He was very courteous, professional and very competent. Found the problem in 1/2 hour and took care of the problem in no time flat. We will certainly use his services again and would recommend him without hesitation.

The service provided by Danny's company far exceeded my expectations! His work ethic is beyond reproach. I was well informed of the project every step of the way from the initial visit through the completion of the job. Danny was prompt every day. When the job was completed, the clean-up was 100%. Everyone from the company was friendly and courteous.! You can't go wrong with hiring him for your electrical work.

I am not sure why our price and overall was just a B when we were the only company not looking to replace your panel and was able to salvage it safely and we came back and took care of something on the roof that your AC contractor was supposed to take care of and install and handle and when he did not we came back on our own dime to take care of it for you to make you whole even though it was not in our contract and not our responsibility. This was re-wiring a one bedroom condo that was burnt up by a fire and was done in one full day with two guys and for minimal costs. I am not sure what more could of been done for you as a customer to earn your A rating but I hope with this explanation you can appreciate the value more so."

"We appreciate the time you took to complete this review. We did bring the standard supplies from your list and photos but you did not know and we couldn't of known until we got there that some of the items like you having certain emergency ballasts not just standard ballasts. The color temperature shown in your photo(s) sent with your list of materials did not match the actual color temperature you had installed currently so we do not put in whatever we put in what it correct. We do offer a free one hour estimate but you had a need for whatever reason to get these items done as soon as possible so the best we could do is what we did. Which was having two electricians come out for a half day to get as much done as possible . It was all made clear and okayed by yourself beforehand via multiple emails and phone calls what our charges were and what we could do with the photos and list provided. If it was just one electrician not as much would of been able to be taken care of in that same time. I do know we were the first company to show up and do exactly what we said and did not just slam in anything. We did keep you informed the whole way and you did have the ability to dictate what you wanted instead if you did not like or agree to something but there was no objections until after the fact. Also, in the 4 years we have been in business our vehicles have had not blemishes but one day parked at your building a red vehicle side swiped our van. We tired to be informative and fair and give you the most for your money and I hate to hear that you did not feel the same way."

We just bought a house and were having problems with our tankless water heater not working. Dustin came by and diagnosed the problem quickly: the previous owner installed a 60-amp device with wiring only able to support 30 amps. Fixing that by replacing the wiring wasn't possible at the time (he came by at around 4:30 PM and would need a lot of time to do such a task with the way the house is wired), but he managed to get us some warm water to get us by for the next couple of days until they could come back and take care of it. That was great, and I didn't need to suffer shrinkage for very long.

We scheduled an appointment and the appointment was confirmed and met even earlier than expected. Danny Barnes fixed my microwave and gave me a great price, very nice and professional.

Dustin was prompt, professional, and meticulous in completing the job. He had to run conduit to supply power to the locations where the lights were installed. He also installed an automatic dusk-to-dawn timer to control the lights. The job was done perfectly, the lights are working well on the timer, the work was fairly priced, and I am a happy customer. This company is very focused on quality and developing excellent customer experiences. I plan to use them again and recommend D. Barnes Electric very highly.

Danny Barnes arrived with a helper and did a fantastic job checking all the electrical outlets and then changing the bad ones. He was reasonably priced and very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend him.

Dustin was on time both days and went to work right way. Explain everything. He directed the bulds the way i wanted. Unfortunately I had to call the third day when some light did not work properly. The owner, Danny came out several times at no cost to readjust and fix the problems. Polite and professional. Excellent work.

Fortunately after some troubleshooting with the light manufacturer we were able to find out that a replacement fixture was needed sometimes these security fixtures can be finicky or just bad right off the shelf. I am very happy we were able to get it all worked out."
