 + -1 moreHe was very friendly and smart. My computer was completely down. It wouldn't boot up or anything. He installed all of the software, got it working again and clearly knew what he was doing. I was very impressed with him and he charged a flat fee.
Description of Work: I hired him to work on my computer. He worked on my system for about 5 hours and also replaced my hard drive. I got lucky and found him in the phone book. He was very courteous over the phone so I hired him. I think if he could have solved it over the phone he would have. He was that eager to help. He provided up front informaiton about his fees and made a housecall.

 + -1 moreI FEEL THAT THIS COMPANY KNOWS THEIR BUSINESS. THEY SENT THE BEST TECHNICIAN FOR THE TYPES OF COMPUTERS WE HAVE. HE WAS VERY NICE. HE DID THE WORK EFFICIENTLY AND HE GAVE US TIPS TO KEEP OUR PC's HEALTHY.
Description of Work: WE HAD THIS COMPANY UPDATE ONE OF OUR COMPUTERS AND REPAIR THE TOWER OF ANOTHER COMPUTER.
