 + -1 moreFinally my client wasn't approve by the Association Arrowhead, and he claim his money back $1350 Security Deposit and $250 Administration fees. As a Realtor I call many times to Ann Marie Carter, as usually she never pick up the phone, text messages and emails. My Brokerage Options Realty Team very disappointing. My client need his money to move another property this coming Friday and I hope some one resolve this issue.
