I had never used a moving company before, and when I reached out to others, most of them were vague about details and pricing, leaving me with even more questions or outrageous prices. Before committing to a company to move all my belongings, I did my research—called around, Googled, and even checked Angie's List. Albert’s was the only company that gave me straight answers, with no hidden fees, gimmicks, or BS! After looking further, I found that Albert’s Relocation Services was the ONLY company on the BBB with an A+ rating—and for good reason! Josh, Stephen, Brito, and Gabor did an amazing job. Not a single item was broken, and nothing went missing. They treated my belongings as if they were their own, and each of them had a great attitude. At one point, I thought one of my items had gone missing, so I called Josh. He reassured me that he stood behind his team and that it would be found. I was sure I knew exactly where I’d put my valuables, but with the stress of moving, things aren’t always where you think they are. Luckily, within 24 hours, I found what I thought was lost. I called Josh to let him know and apologized for any accusations I had made the night before. He was very understanding and explained that moving is always a stressful experience. I am so grateful that I choose and trusted this company to help me in a stressful time. They made the whole process an absolute breeze. They went out of the way to label all of my possessions in the boxes they packed in every room and neatly kept everything together making it very easy to unpack. They wrapped my furniture and special pieces and dishes like they were protecting gold! Josh the owner was there every step of the way and answered the phone at all times if I had any questions. His workers were extremely nice and hardworking and made it look rather easy. It’s not often you come across a fair company and owner that’s very upfront and genuine and does not hide any fees from you and charge you more at the end. I’d highly recommend to anyone who wants to make their move as stress free as possible and actually enjoy the process!

Could not be happier, after having another company no show on moving day we scrambled to find a new mover. We would highly recommend Albert’s Relocation Services. We submitted a request online for an in-home estimate, and Sabi, the owner, promptly contacted us and scheduled our appointment. We had to move our three bedroom home and storage from Miami to ***** Gorda (150 miles). Sabi and Gabor were incredibly helpful and worked tirelessly throughout the day to make sure that our move was as smooth and efficient as possible. They were friendly, patient, and kind. They transformed a challenging experience into a virtually painless one. They maintained a playful sense of humor and were pleasant company during our long day together.
