I have been seeing Maria for my dental cleaning for 20 years and she has consistently done an excellent and thorough job. She is passionate about what she does and a lovely person so the whole experience is a pleasure, which cannot usually be said about a trip to the dental office. I actually look forward to seeing Maria and coming out with sparkling clean teeth!

Dr. Parr is the best dentist ever! Dr. Parr exudes and instills confidence perhaps because he delivers impecable professional results, always!! Maria is fun, efficient, thorough, kind and attentive, by far the best hygienist in my long experience. I also love the staff for helping me today with an emergency appointment! Excellent!!! Dr. Stephen Parr has been our dentist for over 20 years. My husband and I know he is probably the best dentist in South Florida. His colleague, Maria Michelena, is fabulous as well - best, gentle and thorough teeth cleaning. We would not consider making an appointment anywhere else.

My appointment was at 9am and I was in the chair by then.  Maria the hygienist always does a great job cleaning my teeth.  She is very careful, making sure I was comfortable while being very detailed in cleaning each tooth.  I can really tell the difference after she is done.  Then Dr. Parr came in, checked  my teeth and manually felt the glands and tongue.  This is a screening to look for oral cancer and other concerns that not all the dentists do but thankfully Dr. Parr does.    I highly recommend Dr. Parr and his staff,  He is a true dentist that truly know his craft not like others that push treatments that are not needed.

He is fabulous and just a great dentist!!

He's very informative on what he does to you. He makes sure you are accomodated on your appointed time.

The experience was a welcome change from prior dentist experiences.  They were able to make an appointment for me within a week.  As soon as I walked in the door for my appointment, I was directed to the dental chair and they started work.   I didn't even get a chance to sit down in the waiting room.  I have had subsequent follow-up visits which have gone the same way although once I think I did get a chance to sit down in the waiting room for a few minutes -- five at the most). 

The hygenist was nice and nonjudgmental (I should brush and floss more than I do, but I don't like being lectured about it -- and she didn't).

Dr. Parr was very good about telling me what he was going to do in advance.  He was good about making sure that the novacaine had kicked in before starting work.  If there was the least bit of pain, he stopped and gave me more novacaine.  I'm not going to say that I now enjoy dental treatment, but this experience has been much better than prior experiences.

The billing was also painless.  His staff dealt with my insurance company which was a huge help.

He has a really good staff. They have a very friendly and family oriented staff. I have been going there for several years now. They make the small office very homey. They are pretty on time there too. The staff is not there all the time. In terms of the people who take your appointments. The dentists are always there.

I just thought he was very upfront. He gave comprehensive explanations of anything that he was suggesting which made me really trust him. He was also very professional and friendly.

They did an excellent job explaining my needs and how to go about fixing them. Great communication and very friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone.

My experiences with him have been great. He's both friendly and knowledgeable. I've had other dentists examine his work and they say it's excellent, so it must be! Everything's been wonderful. I wouldn't have him as my dentist for 40 years if he was bad.

He's especially good in emergency situations. I've had so many tricky problems that he's been able to solve. His office made me a beautiful set of new teeth and I get complements on them all the time. No one has any clue that they're fake. On one occasion, a tooth fell out and he got me in right away to fix it. He'll rearrange his schedule for emergencies but he's still able to stay on top of everything. My whole family uses his services.

Dr. Parr is a good dentist, however dentists are my big weakness. Dr. Parr is very professional. There is a very therapeutic environment in the office. I think that Dr. Parr is all A's.

I've been going here for over 5 years. I'm always happy with the results.
