Sheldon started out doing acceptable work and then as time went on and he got busier, he just stopped caring and started doing sloppy, careless and completely unacceptable work. I ended up having to pay thousands to get much of his work redone. I have receipts and plenty of pictures to prove it. After Sheldon*s team improperly installed my shower floor, it started peeling off the floor like a carpet! Just completely coming off the floor! They also installed cracked and broken tiles. The paint and caulk was a sloppy mess and I had to completely re-grout my whole shower because it was cracking within months of installation. I gave Sheldon and his organization countless chances to fix his work and I went weeks and weeks without a shower (I was literally showering in a public restroom). But my calls went unreturned and my emails ignored. Here is just a brief summary of all the things that went wrong on my project (this is just off the top of my head). 1. The cracked and sinking shower floor 2. Tiles that separated from the floor and pulled up like a carpet 3. The cracked grout along all corners of the shower walls (leaving the corners totally open to water penetration) 4. The painted drywall and caulking in corners that STILL is not smooth 5. Crooked shower valve was installed so poorly I had to hire another Plumber to cutout a section of wall completely open to fix the shower valve (have receipts) 6. Numerous building code violations that resulted in constant delays (ex. Neglecting to install hammer arrests in bathroom) Check out my review on Yelp for more details and photos of this disaster.

Literally same day service! I submitted a request not really expecting to even get a response same day. Not only did I get a response but I he came, assessed and completed the job all within the next few hours. Extremely quick and efficient. First word that comes to mind is PROFESSIONAL. Not only did they do an excellent job but they were the best price I quoted for the job. They did a great job resurfacing all of my walls and even did additional work that was not quoted. They blended the knockdown perfectly and the paint job was great. They were very conscious of the dust and they treated all of the work and cleanup as if it was their house. I would definitely recommend them and I will most certainly use them again for any future projects arise.
