"Thank you [member name removed]! It was our pleasure working at and painting the condo. So happy for you that it sold. Thanks for choosing Signature One Painting, We'll always paint your home as if our own! Best wishes, Brian."
a hallway wall from a leak in the attic. The wall damage was far more severe than we realized. Once the damaged paint was removed the wall needed to be repaired and restored before it could be painted. When done the drywall looked like it was almost new. Once painted it looked PERFECT! Not good, not very good, perfect. The ceiling over the fireplace had hanging brown stained
popcorn and empty patches where the popcorn had gotten so wet it had fallen off. The space was tricky because it is part of the
total living room ceiling, there really is no place to separate the fireplace from the rest of the area. (I really didn't want to have to
remove an entire room's worth of popcorn to just fix the fireplace problem). Brian looked at the ceiling and decided that he could
follow the natural line where the upstairs and the downstairs break. he made a straight line and removed only the popcorn on the
fireplace side of the line. He patched and sealed the stains, then he suggested we paint a contrasting color so that it would not look like we were just patching a leak. The finished look is one that is sleek and modern. Totally professional and fabulously conceived. The baseboards alone made me sorry that Brian and company had to leave (Have you EVER had a painter you were sorry to see go?!) The finished product (I chose high gloss) looks AMAZING. (I can actually just stare at the painting job! Ever had a job THAT great?!) The secret is the taping they do before they paint the boards. Every line comes out crisp and clean. Clean up is done as they go so that when the job is finally finished there really isn't much to do other than pick up their gear. This is also the first time I had someone who could calculate the paint that closely. I didn't end up with gallons and gallons of leftover paint. I ended up with just enough that should I have to touch something up I have a little. (Like a pint of each color). Brian went out of his way to check and make sure I was on board with what he and the crew would be doing. He has a good feel for when the customer is unsure or uncomfortable and makes a concerted effort to ask questions. If there is the slightest problem he fixes it. Right then, not later, not down the road. The people he has chosen to work with are a fine complement to him and it is the first time I have ever been comfortable enough with painters in my home that I didn't worry about having to be around to 'supervise' every minute. They moved furniture, lamps and such without destroying the place. They worked with me in terms of how much disruption the household could take. Need your TV, no problem they'll work around it. Need your Wi-Fi...sure leave it plugged in. The entire experience was GREAT. (Can you say that about your last painter?!) You may find a cheaper painter, you won't find a better one. Signature One Painting is the ONLY painting company who will leave you with not only a SUPERIOR paint job, but a smile on your face when they're done and a few dollars left in your wallet.
