JLC Custom Flooring and Remodeling

Installation went ok, but had an issue with grout within days - discolored - Luiz did not bother coming out to see the issue. Sent the installers out to fix. A month later, the grout was starting to come up and flake. Again Luiz did not come out and inspect, just sent the installers. Another month went by after "2nd" repair and still flaking. Would not come out again sad it was humidity, which does not make sense since a lot of tile is in South Florida and the grout does not flake.

I contracted with JLC custom flooring in August of 2022 to remodel our shower. Yuri did a great job with the tile but 13 months later my neighbor who lives below me called me to tell me that her ceiling had a bad stain coming from our shower. I reached out to Luis several times and provided him a video showing the water streaming down from my shower into the neighbor's ceiling. He told me on October 16th that he would let his plumber look at it and get back to me. Two weeks later I haven't heard a word. The repair has cost me over $3500.00. I would never use this company again as once they have your money they could care less.

Very professional from sales person to installers. I needed the work done in two weeks, and it was finished timely even with soundproofing the tile

Would never hire or recommend to anyone again. 9 times out of 10 they were either several hours late or flat out didn't show up. When we called they would say they're coming back later/tomorrow and they still never showed up or we wouldn't even get a response after calling.Took way longer than estimated to complete the job. Very unprofessional and not timely.

it was very easy, nothing unusual and for the most part stress free!!

It went smooth and stress free, all l had to do was choose the tile and he took care of the rest, lf l knew this was going to be such an easy process I would have done it sooner.
