Truly excellent service. Chad is on time - extremely knowledgeable about how to get stains from animals and clumsy guests out of off white carpet. He also has done upholstery cleaning. EVERYTHING is dry within one hour - not surprises about costs, no cancelled appointments - just a good, old fashioned work ethic. My carpet is over 15 years old - and truly, each time Chad works his magic, that's one home improvement I can put off for another year.
