Florida General Contractor since 1992. Downsized business from 55 employees to 5employees. Subcontract only MEP's (Mechanical (HVAC), Electrical and Plumbing). I offer special discounts depending upon the size of the project. Normal billing includes a modest deposit and invoicing on a percentage of completion basis.
