I highly recommend Compass Roofing. My insurance company notified me that some roof tiles had slipped and cracked, so I got 3 estimates. Compass Roofing was the first to inspect the roof, and the first to submit a proposal, which was very reasonable. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need (unlike the other 2 companies). I worked with Ali, who seems like the very rare specialist who is honest, pleasant, and does a great job. I'll go back to Compass in the future.

Repair chimney leak and fix golf ball damaged barrel roof tiles. Ali was was very professional and left the chimney repair open before replacing tiles to insure there were no leaks which there were not. Excellent work, fair pricing. I will use them again. Highly recommend.

Ali assessed the damage to a fascia board at the roof line in my screened-in lanai. He engineered a way to repair it without having to remove the screening and metal frame...a major cost savings! Once repaired and painted you can't distinguish the repair from the rest of the fascia line. I highly recommend Ali and his company 'Compass Roofing'. If I need future roofing repair, I know who I'm calling!

Ali has been responsive from the start. He quickly scheduled a visit, provided a quote and scheduled the repair. Sealed the leak between our Florida room and our house on a day where it rained a few hours later so it couldn’t cure completely he came back the next day and fixed resealed a section that still leaked. True to his word and good quality work, will use again.

Excess roofing sealant ran over flat roof onto freshly painted flashing. When sealant was scraped off, paint on flashing was scratched, leaving an uneven, unpainted area. No offer from Ali or team to touch up painting. I did not attempt to haggle on pricing quote and expected a job well done for the price. i received a lower quote for same work from another Home Advisor contractor who may have finished more professionally.
