Carlos (the owner) and his crew did an excellent job. They showed up promptly, were professional, efficient and very timely. I have very high 20 ft ceiling which many contractors hesitate to do work at that height, but it was no problem for them. They cleaned up after the job was performed. I would certainly recommend this company and plan to hire them again when I need any paint work!

CHZ did an excellent job - we recently had our roof replaced and they repaired all minor damage done during the roof work, fixed damaged stucco, patched all holes, primed and painted the entire house.  Carlos was very responsive, his team was punctual, they cleaned up afterwards and the house looks good as new, would highly recommend.

CHZ Painting did a wonderful job painting my interior. The job took 4 days, and they worked around my work schedule. On the 1st day they prepped the walls, covered the furniture, and removed the window treatments. 2nd day was spent sanding the walls and laying paper over the floors. The 3rd day they painted and removed my old baseboards. The last day they added new baseboards, and painted them and my doors. Then they cleaned up like they were never there. My interior looks so beautiful and brand new! They use Sherman Williams paint that is low odor. The workers were very professional, polite, and punctual. They worked so hard and rarely took any breaks. I am thrilled with the results and just love the new high baseboards they installed. Thank you Carlos and team!

CHZ painting did a wonderful job painting my house. It only took 3 days, and they were clean, quiet, and courteous. The 1st day they spent pressure cleaning the house, driveway, and sidewalks. The 2nd day was spent covering all doors and windows, and then applied a primer to the house. The last day was spent painting the house. Because I had wood rot around my front door, for $100 they replaced the frame before painting. The end result is beautiful! Since I live on a zero lot line, the painters had to go onto my neighbors property to do that side of the house. My neighbor was thrilled with how clean they were, and how great my house looks. Thank you Carlos and your team! I now plan on having him do the interior of my house.

Working with Carlos from CHZ Painting was an excellent experience.  Carlos was professional, knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. He was particularly understanding and patient while I struggled to deal with my over-zealous Home Owner?s  Association, who needed far too much detail.  Carlos? team of painters were just as courteous and thorough.  Despite my concerns about covering my windows and protecting other items around my house, CHZ Painting quickly eased my worries. The preparation of my home prior to the actual painting included pressure washing and repairing surface flaws and cracks. The quality and coverage of paint used exceeded my expectations. After the initial primer coat, I received two coats of exterior Sherlastic paint. I am confident that the coverage on my walls will protect my home for years!  Lastly, I was very glad Carlos convinced me to use the Satin finish on my walls because this final coat on my two story home?s exterior pleased me more than some of the flat, duller look of some of my neighbor?s homes. The quality of the job and the professionalism and friendliness of the owner made this an easy experience.  It was a pleasure doing business with such an honest and friendly company.  I am always happy to give my business, support and money to this type of company! The finished product makes me smile every time I arrive home and see my beautifully painted home!!  Thanks, Carlos, you are the best!
