They did an oil change and front end alignment and it took them about 3 hours to do that.They don’t do very good scheduling, as you can tell. 3 hours for an oil change and front end alignment seems excessive.

If it needed it, it fixed it. I’d use them again, but limited – only on certain things.

The quality of the work was good, I would say an A. It was 5 hours to do an oil change and rotate tires. With an appointment. The service manager quoted my wife $1200 of additional work, some of which had already been done the past year, by the same company.  They told her she needed to have the drive belt changed and it was going to be $400. Last year she had a water pump change, which included a new drive belt. This is after 3000 miles. So I guess I would use them again for limited work, but I would not listen to what their recommendations were. I tried to call the service manager about this several times, and he never called back. That’s why I gave them a responsiveness grade of F.

We got a good deal, we are friends with the owner, the car was listed at $28000, we bought two cars. The owner gave us enough back on each car that we only had to pay $8000 for each of the new cars. Because we are friends he considers us like family, we asked him how he can afford to do that, he gave us more for the trade in that we actually paid when we got the deal on the original cars we turned in. He said most people don't talk down the price like we do, so he can afford to give us a good price, so he is not losing anything.We have bought six cars from them so we would definitely go back.

They were friendly. The advertisement had one sound system on it and what was in stock was a different sound system but they did resolve it in the end. The car is working fine.

It went well, they do quality work

I haven't had to really have anything done there that requires anything major. I have no complaints. I haven't made an appointment but even without an appointment, I'm in and out in an hour. Their staff seem to be knowledgeable and friendly.
