They're always so outrageous with the price. They're a dealer so of course they are outrageous. I would recommend family and friends if they had a Toyota.

Its still on a regular maintenance because it's only a couple of years old.

First I would say that no matter who your intake person is, the customer service person that you meet out front, I've done this in their surveys. My problem with it is that once you give them your car and whether you wait or come back, you never see that person again. So if you have questions, there's nobody to ask, The cashier doesn't give a s###, she's there to cash you out. There's all this gibberish on a page, and it's like, what exactly did you do here. So what I told them was every customer rep, cause you tend to have the same one if possible, they need to touch base with the customer after the service is done and walk thru what was done to confirm that there's the right charges, etc etc. There is a lack of communication on the back end between the customer rep and the customer.

They are doing other intake, but if they want to improve the relationship, I write this on their survey every time, I wanna talk to the guy who's my rep and he can take 2 minutes and run thru what was done, if I have any questions, etc etc. All I've got is a bill with bizarre codes on it and the cashier is not going to answer any questions. It's not her fault, it's a step they are missing on the back end, and it's extremely difficult to find your rep.

BEWARE of added and quot; e-filingand quot; fees. These can be significant on a new vehicle purchase. The contract fine print indicates the e-filing fee includes not just the fees for documents and administrative cost, but also and quot;dealer profitand quot;.
Effectively, this dealer is automatically adding hundreds of dollars to the negotiated price of every vehicle purchased, in addition to the dealer prep fees.
This is not disclosed until the final contract is being signed, and then only if you read the fine print. When my mother questioned the fee ($800+), the Finance Manager told her it was and quot;filing feesand quot;.
After the transaction, I personally called and spoke with the Internet Sales Manager, who was very rude and stated that my parents should be happy with and quot;the deal they gotand quot; and that they should have read the contract.
While it appears this practice is not currently illegal, it is material to the final sale price of the vehicle.

After meeting with Al Hendrickson Jr., this situation was resolved to my parents' satisfaction. I was truly amazed at Mr. Hendrickson's responsiveness and willingness to work toward a resolution.

Mr. Hendrickson further agreed to internally speak with his Finance staff to ensure customer questions are answered honestly and completely during the contract transaction.

While I still disagree with the sales approach, I am very pleased with the resolution.

Very quick and efficient an no charge for the glove box door even though it was my fault for removing it to get to the cabin air filter.

The service advisers are professional and courteous and they've got free shuttle car service to get you home and bring you back. Prices are a bit high, as most dealer shops are, but sometimes there are coupons or they can negotiate a bit. A couple of other shops had tried to find and fix this leak over the years and simply could not find it, so it was worth paying a bit more to get it fixed and fixed right.

The dealership is very nice, well organized and efficient. They are great if you have to bring kids with you. They have a really nice waiting room and they gave my son a toy car to play with which helped occupy him while they worked on my car. The charge a lot for labor or we would continue to use them for our Highlander. Their customer service is great though! I also like they have weekend hours. We ended up having the parts replaced at another location for $250 less.

They're wonderful and very personable. They let you know how much it's gonna cost before you even get the service done. If there's something that needs to be done, they'll come in and discuss it with you and see if you want to have it done and how you wanna go about doing that. The service manager is very professional. There's any type of down talking because you're female. I've used almost everyone of them up here so every single one of them has been quite professional. Al Hendrickson, Sr. used to always come out to say something to us while we're waiting in the waiting area and now, it's Al Hendrickson, Jr. that comes by personally and talk to people while they're there. They always do a quality control and survey afterwards. They always wanna know if they've met or exceeded our expectations. They're very much on top of things. They're very good.

I had to jump the car to get it started. I drove the car to the dealership and told the service writer that I probably needed a new battery as I jumped the car the night before and rode it for a while and it did not start in the morning. ( the battery was over three years old) I did not have an appointment. The service writer told me it would take about one and a half hours and a battery replacement woud be $249.00. He called in one and a half hours to tell me that I needed a new battery and my cabin air filter was dirty. I told him to do the battery which took another 45 min. Total price $270.00 which included the battery, installation, a $15 shop charge, tax, and a $10 discount coupon that I received in the mail.

Sunday I brought car in for oil change and tire rotate. Asked service to also check tire pressure as tires looked low. Service assured me they always check tire pressure when rotating tires. (No mention to me of need to balance tires after rotating which i am told should be done to rebalance tires). Waited 2 hours and when finished, paid $58.00 for oil/filter change and tire rotation, 4 cylinder SUV vehicle. I thought that cost was high, but that is not the reason for this post. I later noticed that the tires still appeared low but I did not check the pressure. 3 days later, on Tuesday morning, the tire pressure warning light comes on in the console. I was at work and co-worker loaned me his tire guage. Results were: 29 lb on front right, 25 lb rear right, 27 lbs front and rear left. Pressure for my car should be 34 lbs per mfgr. Clearly they did not check tire pressure and from all appearances did not even rotate the tires for which they charged $18.99. I drove home late Tuesday evening from my office Xmas party, fearful of experiencing flat or blow out and being stranded 11 pm at nite, a woman alone, with a disabled vehicle. Whether it was deliberate or pure carelessless (I don't know which is worse...), they failed to perform an important service and that failure could have had serious repercussions to my safety. I will never trust or use this dealership again. Overcharged and didn't perform the work. I feel fortunate that nothing serious resulted from it.

WARNING!!! Stay away from this dealership if you can. My Toyota Camry car starter stopped working so I had the car towed to Hendrickson because it was the closest dealership to where my car broke down and my emergency road service would only take the car to the nearest Toyota dealership at no charge. I asked to have a quote for a new starter. The original quote was over $511.00 from Chris. After researching this type job the prices ranged from $ 310 to $ 350.00. Before I called the dealer to find out the status of my car I obtained information for the standard time allocated for this job which was stated to be .6 labor hours and a MSRP for the part of $262.50. Hendrickson quoted over $ 320 for the part and 1.5 hrs labor, more than DOUBLE the labor and MU ~25% more than researched MSRP. What would you think at this point? Wound up paying $ 421 at this dealer after they and quot;talked to the mechanicand quot; and offered to lower the labor price and they would and quot;matchand quot; the quoted part price. I would have had to pay about $100 to have the car towed so I was basically stuck since the competing price of $350 (closest competing mechanic) plus the tow would have cost more than the $ 421 plus the additional inconvenience of lost time. Now your educated with accurate facts.
Brand dealerships usually charge more since they have overhead expenses that a small independent shop may not have. However, when you charge more than what competing dealerships charge or greater than what is recommended by the manufacturer guidelines that is a real integrity problem or maybe just greed. Later I found out that the Hendrickson disservice managers are paid on commission so Hendrickson management pays incentives to maximize the invoice promoting what I consider to be unethical and dishonest business practices. Sure they tell you the price before and you have the option to accept or not but that is not the point. The point is I would never trust what this dealer recommends or that their quotes are fair and reasonable and in line with other businesses that do this work, Had I and quot;trustedand quot; this dealer and not gone to great lengths beforehand to gather the repair cost information I was really open to being overcharged. I still feel that they overcharged me and took advantage of a distressed person in need of help.
I try to use Dr. Brakes in Coral Springs. I am not affiliated at all with Dr. Brakes. The owner Ron just has integrity unlike this dealership. They do excellent work at fair and reasonable prices. Never try to upsell a job for additional or unnecessary work, to the contrary, several times Ron indicated I could wait on getting some work done. You know what, I had all the work done without waiting.

I got their estimate from them by using an Internet-based service. Generally, dealers will change the story and will apply sales pressure and start adding features you do not want. It was straight talk from the beginning to the end. No surprises. I would buy from the dealer again if I needed another Toyota.

They are very good mechanically, but I often have problems with that dealership. I only take the car in if it's something more mechanically inclined. When I took the car in for this service interval, I was very specific about what work needed to be done. They still did work that didn't need to be done, which was disappointing.

All of the servicing is very good, however I think that they are more expensive than they need to be. Everything but the price is really outstanding. I like that when I drop my vehicle off they are willing to drive me anywhere that I need. They are open seven days a week which is convenient.

Al Hendrickson Toyota is just fantastic. They have extremely good quality programs. They matched a quote that I had gotten somewhere else for this sale. They offer 24 hour service. The cars are very good quality and I haven't had to take it in for repairs. They accommodate to your schedule and they also do personal follow-up calls.

Al Hendrickson Toyota does good work and has high quality mechanics, but I think they gouge you in their prices. They try to get you to buy more than what is really necessary. I have found a better auto place so I probably won't be going back here.
