WINNER AUTO CTR

My daughter had found Winner when she moved to Florida in 2011 and was living in Port St. John area.  They were consistently responsive and dependable for her in doing the job right the first time, giving a fair price, and in adjusting to her needs for scheduling services and transportation.  They even were willing to do the work for oil and filter changes when she/we supplied the oil and filter and other minor products - we had consistently (and still do) used the best synthetic oil and filters on the market then and today, so this was important. 

They never took advantage of her being a woman and not knowing much of the details of auto mechanics, and since we were not yet in Florida, it was comforting to know that her car was receiving excellent care and maintenance (she ultimately got 267,000 miles out of the car before trading it in in mid 2015).

When we moved to Florida (Titusville) and our daughter also moved to live with us, we continued to use Winner until we found a  similarly reliable and dependable mechanic in Titusville - changing only because the distance became rather inconvenient.  Until we found that mechanic, Winner continued to give us good service, even giving us transportation to and from their shop when the car was to be in the shop overnight.  They were very thorough in their explanation as to what they would be doing and then doing it.  It is now 2016, and my car's air conditioner is still working in top form.

So, if we were living closer to Winner, we would continue to be using them for any auto maintenance or repair work, only changing mechanics due to the distance.

Cleaned fuel injectors, correcting poor gas mileage. Replaced leaking upper radiator hose and serpentine belt, correcting engine belt squeal. Advised work-around for difficult starting (as opposed to $800.00 repair) to address difficult starting - problem presumed to be failing fuel line check valve at the fuel pump - allowing gas to drain away from engine - resulting in difficult starting. Advisement - simply turn ignition key to "on" for a few seconds before attempting to crank engine. Works fine. Saved me lots of money - for now. Point is - they didn't capitalize  on the issue for profit. I like that. dv

Cleared the problem - a clogged filter under the firewall cowling (thanks Dodge). They went on to check all fluid lines and clean out the window washer nozzles - for a very affordable price - and next day service.

We called that day and they got us in that day. They fixed it and the price was very reasonable.

They were very, very good to work with. I highly recommend them.

They were just very nice, very professional, and got the job done well and did it quickly. They didn't do anything that was not necessary. my husband had suspected it was the alternator before we took it in and sure enough it was.

Perfectly adequate car repair center. I am mistrustful of all car repair centers for some reason. These guys were very nice, and did a good job for a decent price.

Very good!  I had the vehicle towed there as I had broken down.  They had it repaired an ready to go on the same day!

That was fine.  I didn’t have any problems.  They were good.  They were timely, they did it in the amount that they said it would cost and I was satisfied with the work.  The price was fine.

I arrived within 20 minutes.  They immediately started work.
Completed the work promptly at the quoted price.
I was completely satisfied, and would recommend them to others..

It went very well overall.  We dropped the car off at our convenience and they started looking at it immediately.  Their estimate was lower than what I was prepared for.  Because it is the rear end of the car, they suggested that I have new axle bearings installed.  Other than the cost of the bearings themselves, there was no extra labor.  Will suggested it and I understand that this is good preventative maintenance.  I appreciated his recommendation.

I was satisfied.  After all this time, it's still good.  It was done properly and they fixed the problem.  I bought the car, found the problem, and the dealer I bought it from footed the bill.  I would recommend them to family and friends.  I give them high ratings and will them again if needed in the future. 

My husband and I had a problem with the idle running rough in our Dodge van, and then sometimes stalling out at intersections. We took the vehicle to another service center in Cocoa who "worked" on the van for 2 days and charged us several hundred dollars to "fix" it. We noticed that our vehicle ran just as bad as before, so we took it back to the same mechanic. He kept it another day and returned it to us without any noticeable difference in the way it ran. So we drove it broke for awhile until last week when we could not even get it started. We had it towed to Winner Auto Center in Cocoa. They had the van for less than 4 hours before they called us to come pick it up. The van runs great now and they only charged us $82.63.
