First off - Superior Sheds saying that Satellite Beach is in their market should have told me that I I needed to pull a permit. They should have also told me that the shed needed to be placed on a concrete slab instead of telling me that their installed solution is "good to go" for Brevard County. It's not. Ordering a shed from them has been a pain. I would NOT do business with them again.

We initially went to the display lot in Port St John about a month ago to inquire about shed prices. We saw a storage shed that was large enough to suit our purposes, and the price seemed reasonable. We got clearance from our homeowner's association for installation of the shed. We arranged with our lawn irrigation company to cap one of the sprinkler heads that will be covered by the shed. We arranged with our pest control company to relocate one or two of the termite bait stations that will have to be moved because of the location of the shed.In the interim we checked the company's website and requested additional information about their sheds. Someone contacted us yesterday. He advised us that, because of the location where we wanted to place the shed, we should check with the person at the display lot to confirm whether or not there was any filing requirement with the county. It turned out there was none. The person at the display lot, Michael Huber, gave us all the information we needed, we believe, to make an informed purchase decision, e.g. choice of materials (aluminum v vinyl); choice of flooring (plywood v composite); trim color; door size, including whether we wanted it hinged on the left or hinged on the right; and the orientation of the shed, i.e. to place it so that any rain runoff would not collect along the side of the house. (We are placing the shed against the house.)We went over a checklist of items regarding delivery and installation of the shed, e.g. location of a/c unit, water lines and sprinkler heads, overhang clearance, location of trees and fences, etc.We paid by credit card, and arranged for the shed to be installed once it has been built and delivered to the display lot, which is expected to be in app. two weeks.7/19/12 - I received a phone call today from the company advising me that my shed would arrive at the display lot on Monday, and that I could have it delivered any day except Thursday, which was already booked. I told Mr. Huber that I had to arrange with the sprinkler company to cap one of the sprinkler heads where the shed is to be situated. I expect to arrange for delivery of the shed within the week. We arranged to have the shed installed on 7/31/12, between 9am and 10am. The installation would be performed by an independent contractor.7/31/12 - The independent contractor, Shed Movers of Florida, arrived on time, and immediately began preparations for moving the shed off the trailer, and to the spot in the back yard where I wanted the shed installed. Two men positioned the shed on rollers, and carefully maneuvered the shed between the house and the fence, ensuring that nothing was damaged (the shed, the fence, or the house [gutters and downspouts]). The men made sure that the shed was level, and installed anchors in each corner. One of the pieces of trim had to be cut adjusted a little. From arrival to departure, it took less than 90 minutes. There was an installation fee to move the shed into position -- $1/ft for every foot over 20 or 25 feet (I don't remember exactly). The installation fee was $80.
As it stands right now, the shed is in position, and I already commenced moved items from the garage to the shed. The one thing that I didn't allow for was that the surface of the shed floor sits several inched above the ground. I didn't allow for a step up, either for steps or a ramp. I'll work on that over time.

They were very responsive and helped me figure what size and type of shed I needed. They were very good to do business with.
