They are good. We never had a problem. The staff seems to know what they are doing. Their price was same in the market.

I have had a few issues with them. They keep coming early and so they end up charging me early, and when I tell them about it they don't seem care. The customer service isn't very good. As far as keeping the bugs away, they do pretty well. The scheduling and the people in the office is with whom I have a problem.

If I see rodents between the 3 months they will come back free. They are always punctual, very professional and wear uniforms which I think add to their image. They are very thorough and do the work slowly and are very meticulous. They answer all my questions and I would definitely recommend them to others.
