I have what they call a total butler service where they cleaned the car and polish it and suppose to keep the exterior inline. On quality, It was great.

When I went in, I had two car pricing. I had financing at .99 percent. We went in and went through the whole process of buying the car. We stumbled on the price and everything. They take you back to the finance guy, and he is the one that makes me ill. The salesman was a nice person. Although they work with the company, and they were a part of their system. He would not give me the .99 percent. I had excellent credit. To get the car at that price, I had to go with Honda Financing. We were the last people in there. It was pushed to shove. I'm from the navy family. My father was an naval officer. He kept talking about himself. It was disgusting. The salesman who was nice outside, who should have stood up for me, did nothing. Between a rock and a hard place if I should buy the car or not. I should have walked out that night. Men in car agency takes advantage of women. I didn't have a man with me. My son in law left. Then they started their shenanigans. I would never buy a car from them again. My mom was in hospice during getting the car. I took care of her. I heard all these stories, and don't know how they got away with it.

Unfortunately, I have an Honda still under warranty. If I didn't I would not. They were really nice. They did a horrible job on the painting, but they took money off the panting. The job wasn't done well. There was a trade off there. I have a bad feeling about Space Coast Honda. I wished I hadn't bought my car there. It kind of reflects everything.

I would say that their probably better than a average dealer. Well there is room for improvement in any place that you go.

They have performed all maintenance on my two vehicles for the past seven years. This includes regular oil changes and tire rotations as well as more extensive services, such as brakes and normal wear items. We keep her vehicles maintenance schedule up at all times and have experienced very little vehicle problems. Find it interesting that they will prescribe services like throttle control cleaning and other normal mileage interval services. But at no time have they ever tried to sell unnecessary services.

We bought our car from Space Coast Honda in Melbourne, Florida. We bought both of them at the same time. I like the company and the sales department was pretty good to. We moved in June so we bought our cars in June. They were really good. There finance department, even though he was really great, we financed one of our cars through their Honda national company for financing. They screwed up the paper work in their title or what ever group, we ended up paying more money that we shouldn't have had to pay. Instead of admitting there screw up and taking it out on themselves, no they took it out on us and we didn't really appreciate it too much. The cars we got there are great, we have no problems. We get confused because of, apparently all the new cars, they don't have to have oil changes until like 5,000 - 6,000 miles, I'm use to doing it every 3,000. They were awesome in trying to find us a vehicle. The price was good. The service department is an A also. They are really good with their responsiveness, when they want to sell a car they are Johnny on the spot. They kind of had to wait for their people to get it delivered there. They did a really good job.

I'm hoping it's not defective. It was free because I got it under warranty. It's cheaper than going to the dealership to get my car serviced there when they have a big deal. They drive me home so I do not have to sit around and wait. They took my car in immediately and I got an appointment right away. I do not have any complaints.

I have met with Anthony in the past a few years ago when I bought another Honda. He was very accommodating to what I was looking for. My wife was ready to have a van with our second child on the way. We browsed a couple different models so I could decide what package I wanted to buy. The initial price offered was pretty good. I wanted to think about it and he was able to get me an extra $500 off if I would buy it today. Since I had already done my homework I knew this was a good deal and I took it. My wife was very happy with the purchase.
The best part was the paperwork. It was all digital done on these huge computer tables. It was probably 5 times faster then the last time I bought a car. Once we said yes we had the van in about 90 minutes. I will definitely call Andrew the next time I am looking for a car. He is a retired military veteran who I feel that I can trust.
Also I traded in a Nissan. I was afraid that I was going to get a bad trade in price since it was not a Honda but they gave me the same amount the Nissan dealership had offered me.

This was our first visit to Space Coast Honda. We have a 2011 Pilot with over 75,000 miles which had been serviced exclusively at Hall Honda in North Carolina. We were quite impressed with the Space Coast Honda operation -- somewhat better, more efficient and more professional than I had been accustom to at Hall Honda. The only shortcoming -- a Honda shortcoming? -- was that Space Coast Honda could not access the vehicle's service records in North Carolina. This should be easy in today's computerized world! We will continue to use Space Coast Honda as our sole vehicle service provider.

We had been trying to purchase a new vehicle since August 30. They kept telling us they would get the vehicle (color) we wanted. We set up an appointment to pick up the vehicle on September 15. When we arrived, they still did not have the vehicle and tried to sell us a total different color vehicle. They had taken the key to our Trade In vehicle and when I asked for it back they were very stubborn in returning it. We demanded our key and vehicle back and left the dealership - Never to return. They had the nerve to call us and ask what they had done wrong. When we tried to explain it to them, they did not want to listen.
We left Space Coast Honda and drove to Southeasten Honda and purchase the vehicle we wanted in the correct color.
