Rock Roofing was a completely different experience. I noticed that they were BBB accredited and listed on Angie's List, and had been in business since 2004. I called, and Craig answered the phone himself. Impressive! He was able to send Steven out the same afternoon to look at the problems and give my husband and me an estimate. The estimate was reasonable and we arranged for the work to be done several days later. All phone calls were answered promptly and professionally.
Steven came on the appointed day. He and his helper spent most of the day fixing the leak and completing the rest of the needed maintenance. Steven was pleasant and knowledgeable. We are not roofing experts, but the roof looks much better and I am quite confident the leak is fixed (it hasn't rained yet, but I'd be really surprised if we still have a problem!). If there are any issues I am confident that Rock Roofing will take care of it.
I definitely recommend this company for roofing work.
Update 1/8/2015: We have had heavy rain since the job was completed and there is no evidence of any more leakage. It appears Rock Roofing's work has fixed the problem.
