The unit itself ran good and quiet for about three months, then it started to make a horrible noise. I kept calling them and they would send someone out. They tried to fix it and it never got fixed. The owner came out and told me that it was normal. I said that wasn't normal. It was not good at all. He charged me $55 to change the filter and the outtake unit. I found out a few months down the road that he didn't put a new filter in, he took the old one out and left with it. I don't know if the price was good or not. I don't recommend them to anyone. The equipment has a 10 year warranty on it.

They responded quickly and were very proactive in getting the job done right. I called them in the morning and they came out the same day and were able to complete the job within two days.

Tech said he would be able to replace the unit ( and supply a crane, to lift condenser to third floor ) , the following day. We called a another company for a second opinion, who showed up the next day and repaired the unit for $250.00. (this was on a Saturday)

They are undependable and they refused to communicate regarding issues. They were also very rude when I called them and they are not very professional.

We moved in our home 8 months ago and wanted to get a check up for our system. ProMag Energy came to me on time and had a special price of $59.95 to evaluate the A/C system. The serviceman who came out was very knowledgeable and professional. There was no pressure to buy or repair anything.
