I hired this company to remove and replace the sod at my home. It was done so so. I contacted William about 2 weeks later to see when they were going to start the lawn care maintenance and he said that they would be out there next week. That came and went and I nicely called and left messages for him and got no return call. I called the office and the nice lady said she would follow up and I have not heard from her either. All I am being told is that I am on the schedule and now a month later still nothing. Not the way you operate a business.

PROLawn Pest Mgt. (also ProLawn Turf) was referred to me by our new lawn service (C&S Lawn Care, a competitor), for regular pest control. Manda, from PROLawn, promptly returned my phone call, and a technician came out the next morning to provide an estimate to spray the outside perimeter and inside the home. Our service call was completed the following day. We had quite an ant problem and we were going out of town, so they squeezed us in. The $75 price we received was very reasonable, and surprising for a first visit. We were also able to set up a flexible schedule for regular visits, BASED ON OUR NEEDS :) (montly, bi-monthly, quarterly, etc...). Our technician, Billy, was very prompt and listened to what and where the problems were. After placing the ant bait, the 'ghost ants', as we discovered, began to move their nests and ended up trying to relocate to our kitchen a few days later. I called Manda and she sent Billy right over, and he placed more, and stronger bait traps in the kitchen and previous areas. Prior to going out of town, the results were obvious. Lots of dead ghost ants! We are very pleased with PROLawn's service and are glad we were referred. Prompt, affordable, courteous service. Thank you PROLawn! --Jenny

I don't use this company for services, but my neighbor does. When they trim trees & bushes, they throw the limbs, weeds, and vines in my yard. The water meter reader had to chop through the thorny vines they had just pushed over the fence to read the meter. Then last week, they ran into my front fence with their truck and just kept going.  Don't use these people unless you really don't like your neighbors!
