Hired them to unstop a drain in my 79 year old father-in-laws home. They sent out John. He charged I believe $125 per line for a total of $459, and the next day the kitchen sink was still backing up. My wife called them and at first the guy that answered the phone said no problem they have a 30 day warranty and he would call John. A few minutes later he called back extremely rude and said there would be another $59 service charge claiming that John was never told about the sink. When asked why they wouldn't check all the lines he said " if you called about a broken window you wouldn't expect them to check all the windows.Tried to explain to tell him that John was told he got even ruder and said "you don't have to use us, get somebody else". This is the second time we had used Plumbing Masters and each time was John. Didn't like him the first time now with the other guy's attitude we'll never use them again. So yes we did get someone else. Rip-offs, talked to wife like a dog, and over charging.

Very well done. Tom located a tricky leak in the hot water line in the area where the line passed through a sleeve in the foundation footer. Limited the excavation to two tiles and a small drywall cut-out in the closet. He had the leak found, concrete excavation, pipe replacement and concrete restoration all done in the estimated time. Tom is very careful to do only the smallest amount of rip-out required.

Great. Doug has been here before and I've had the company here 3 times for different problems. It was near the end of the work day when I noticed that the Garbage Disposal was leaking. Doug came and fixed it so I would not have to deal with it over the week-end.

Had a team of 3 re-plumb house with very little wall intrusion in a day (approx 6-7hrs). They worked very well both individually and as a team. After job completion, any issues found/created, were quickly dealt with a phone call and service. Very professional.

Instead of leak detection without destruction, I got destruction without detection and it cost me just under $1000 to repair the damage.

They are on time.  The prices seemed fair.  I have never had a bad experience using them.  They tell you up front with the cost.  They clean up after themselves.

Called Plumbing Masters for after hours emergency service on Saturday night. Our main water line connected to water meter had ruptured causing a water gusher from the buried water meter box. Kevin arrived within hour and replaced existing PVC water line with a new flexible line. Repairs took less than hours. Competent and courteous. I will use them again for future repairs.

I had a different company come over and leave the job without performing any work earlier in the day so I called Plumbing Masters to help me out. Tom came out within an hour and a half and fixed the problem. I would use them again

The technician had to cut through a small section of the floor, jack-hammer through 4 inches of concrete foundation and dig down another 8 inches into the dirt. Once he accessed the pipe, he was able to remove the bad section and weld a new pipe in. He then re-cemented the concrete and left only the small section of floor tile missing. He was professional, knowledgeable
and experienced. Considering the amount of cement he had to drill through, he vacuumed as he want and left the house clean. The cost was extremely reasonable considering the estimates I received from other companies and he accepted the Angie's List coupon.

They did an adequate job. They had to return twice for minor problems, but overall they did good.

Replaced shower valve.

I've used them quite a few times and they are very, very, very good. They always do what they say they are going to do. You pretty much the price before they start. They are here on time.

Very well . He.snaked out the line which helped my problem temporarily, he then ran the.camera through the line and found and pointed out to me. The major problems that I am having and suggested needed repairs to solve my problem. After giving him the ok to do the job. I went back in and checked my finances and found that I did not have the needed money at this time. I called Plumbing Masters and explained my problem. Their response was. That's ok they understood and to call them when I get the money. I was happy with their service and the service tech Paul Falk went out of his way to explane my problem and all of the options I had to solve them

Everything went well with the water testing except for one hot water line that got plugged during the process of feeding it up thru some insulation and possibly with some wood chips from the new hole cut from the attic to feed the pipe down thru the wall. Kevin did a number of quick checks to access the blockage, and after 10 minutes, determined a new hot water line needed to be run to the laundry room sink. This was accomplished very quickly. Then all the bathroom and kitchen faucets were turned off and the entire system which was now fully pressurized with water and was checked for water drips / leaks. This time no surprises! Everything worked as planned. The cleanup was done quickly and thoroughly with a shop vacuum. There was no dust generated as the number of holes cut were minimal. They used drop clothes thru the living room and Master bedroom so as to not leave a trail of debris. Kevin and Bill worked straight thru lunch and did a very professional quality job.
i plan to refer my neighbors to Plumbing Masters because apparently when our houses were constructed in 1985, the plumbers at the time were using copper tubing from Indonesia which apparently wasn't good enough for either the soil conditions or possibly the water.
