ONE HOUR AIR CONDITIONING

There were here 17 times and the system is still not working. They replaced our duct work incorrectly and we have to have it uninstalled and corrected. This work began in September and went on for months. Our electric bill tripled after they worked on our system. The zones are mislabeled, the ductwork is the wrong size, and the dampers aren't working. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

He checked the unit out and there was no charge for anything that day.

I would recommend them to anyone. They helped me out tremendously with financing. They did the job on time and on schedule. They didn't give me the run around. They did the job in a timely manor.

In late February of 2007 we purchased an entire new heat and air system, duct work to be insulated, and any leaks repaired, with a five year warranty.  Several repairs have had to be made every year.  At four years old we were told we had to replace the condenser as it was leaking and was not covered under the warranty but they never addressed the original reason we called them out.  The interior part of the system is rotting away with rust and we were then told we needed to purchase a new unit which is not under warranty. These people are salesmen and they are selling off brand equipment and not backing up the One Hour Air and Heat warranties.  We have never made a decision as bad as the one to have our new heat and air systems purchased and installed by One Hour.
