Nix Pest Management is family owned & operated. We have been in Brevard County since 1972. We offer free estimates and provide the following services; Inside pest management, lawn service and termite control. We are licensed and insured. We are members of the Titusville Chamber of Commerce, Better Business Council, Florida Pest Management Association, Certified Pest Control Operators, and the National Pest Management Association. We have many different programs to meet your needs...onetime services, every other month, quarterly, yearly etc.

They come to our house and spray inside and all around the garden perimeter.  They are mindful of the fact that we have animals and do not use anything that will harm them.  They will always come back and retreat for free if you experience problems before the next due date.  Occasionally I will forget that they're coming and they always reschedule without penalty.  Everybody that has come to our house that I've come into contact with from Nix has been charming and helpful.

They are very good. If we have any problems they come right over and take care of it. We have used them for a number of years and they always call us about two days ahead to make sure it is all right to spray.

They did not try to sell me services I did not need. Another company came out before they did and tried to sell me everything from termite treatment to lawn fertilizer (at an annual cost of $1700). I went ahead and signed up with Nix for about $300 for the entire year (treatment every 2 months).
