$ 50.00 not refundable fee to give estimate, which they will credit to job if hired. Accepted this, but not thrilled.They start late for a contractor, after 10 AM. Access door was good, but after work completed & they were paid, I noticed a week later that they had painted the edges of the removable plastic grill covering the dryer vent, sticking it to siding. Paint splashed inside sealed vent louvers, causing an airflow message on my dryer. The vent got clogged & I could have had a fire. I fixed it myself. Front door opening was not measured correctly, which delayed project, since wrong size was purchased by Chase, Chase did purchase upgraded, more expensive door, at his expense, but may not have cost any more, & could have cost less because I know those doors in stock were on sale. Section of molding not nailed securely in bedroom & probable needs just 6 more nails. PROBLEM HERE IS I CAN'T GET THEM OUT HERE TO FIX PROBLEM & BACK UP THEIR WORK!!!!! They missed an appointment & did not call me. Now it has been over a week since I last contacted them & requested a call to reschedule. Have not heard back.

Chase Forsyth personally went under my house and determined what was required to fix my leveling problem and any other damage he might find. When he emerged he discussed it with me and then drew up an estimate. When I accepted the estimate he discussed when he could perform the labor required. He and his team came the following late morning as agreed and finished the job that same day. The team effort was efficient. Any problems that came up were discussed with me and we came to immediate agreement on how they were to be addressed. I was kept apprised of how the job was going and what was being done under my home. Chase even addressed some problems with my front deck and fixed them without asking or any extra cost.
