They make appointments for service, they're on time, have a nice waiting facility for customers and different waiting areas and several tv's along with soda and coffee available. They will even take and pick you up from the mall if you like. A really nice place. I would highly recommend them to others. They give wonderful customer service! They always ask for suggestions on how they can improve their service as well. They are also open 7 days a week.

I have been going back to the dealership.  Overall, that was an A experience.  They're right on time, every time, so that's an A.  They know their stuff.  I bought my car from them in 2012 and it was fine.  I had no difficulties, no surprises.

They got the car ready and everything.

We have brought 3 of them there. I think that was a very good price for a brand new. First, they didn’t want to, I was like, “well, keep me in mind if you want to meet me at my price, you can call my cell phone!” So, we went for lunch, while I was there, the phone rang. He said, “okay, we are going to give it to you for that price!”

A "loaner car" was provided free. A repair was done free. Work completed same day.

Everybody is neat, clean and professional. They have plenty of sits in the waiting room, the give you a ride if you need or even loan you a car.

Though the wheel was a special edition, they were able to locate one, had it shipped express and do all the repairs by the next day.

Great service and price. No cost as system was promised on the day car was purchased.

Fine, part was available, it was installed quickly and I was on my way.

On the phone we came close to a price, once in the dealership we changed cars and had to rework the numbers. Once we reworked the numbers the salesman, Steve, said we did not qualify for 0% interest, we had to pay closer to 4%. We refused to accept the deal because I work for a bank an I knew that our credit score was enough to qualify for the 0%. The manager never even came over to try and talk to us about the rate when we asked. The next day the manager called and said we DID qualify for the 0% and that their was a and quot;miscommunication.and quot; They were trying to get us for 75 months at closer to 6.5% according to paperwork i had gotten. I would never go back there without my own financing if at all. Perhaps i will just buy one of those old classic cars like a '67 Camero.

Our car is under warranty; they did not charge us anything. So, far they have taken care of everything we have asked them to. We have not had any problems with them. Their quality is good.

There is fine because I can just drive in and they change my oil and most of the time the guys and girls are pretty nice.

I recommend Mike Erdman Cadillac. I have been buying my cars from him since 1999 and I think the sales man and the service department has been wonderful. I wouldn't buy my car from anybody else.
