They were very good, professional and informative.

Sales team was great, Service IS THE WORST. The rain guards peeled off after 3 months. First service appointment was told they're under warranty, but they didn't have the tape to fix them. Then, they changed my oil after I repeatedly told them not to since I had paid $100 for a synthetic oil change to last a few more months than traditionally. Went back today, and off the bat TJ tells me accessories are not covered. Ok, but the attitude I could have done without, but whatever. Speak to service manager, Billie, rude, telling me it's an insurance claim since it's clearly been scratched (hail storm AFTER I brought it in the first time). So, they want me to pay them TWICE for a product they couldn't install right the first time?? Then he says, come inside I'm not going to stand here and argue with you. Really? Over a 10 minute, $10 fix you won't even stand behind your parts or installation? They definitely won't be getting my insurance check for the aforementioned hail damage. Nor will my husband being buying his truck from Erdman. Sell you crap, then charge you to fix it. Really speaks volumes to their ethics. Read their online negative reviews, they all have a similar thread: dishonest, inept, waste of time, rude. Even better read their condescending replies.

They always do get me in pretty promptly. I typically wait because usually it's just an oil change, tire rotation type of thing. If it's a big service, I might just drop it off. The waiting area is not bad. They're not cheap but they do good work. They're not pushy and aggressive.

My wife took her car there for a recall. The recall was fixed for free but while they had the car they also recommended a brake system flush. She initially agreed but then called me. I had never heard of flushing the brakes unless there was some sort of problem. Especially every 15,000 miles. She called to cancel the service and it was not performed.
When we went to pick up the car, I had a discussion with the service manager (Billy Stevens) who explained that this is recommended by Nissan and is in the owners manual. I still could not believe that brake systems suddenly need flushing. Brakes are sealed systems, the fluid is not exposed to contamination (again, unless something is wrong).
After we got home, I checked the owner's manual and it DOES NOT recommend changing or flushing the brake fluid, even up to and beyond 100,000 miles! (This is an older Nissan and the new manuals may be different). It recommends INSPECTING the brake fluid at every service interval. This is the traditional level of service for brake systems.

I trust them. I've been pretty happy with them.

Did not expect more than the regular oil and filter change but, fluids were in need of replacing. Got discounted on oil and tire rotation.

Very cool that they gave me a loaner car. Kept in touch with me and left me keep the loaner since I work so late. The warrantee work cost me nothing, just the oil change.

They are very nice. They are very fast, it went great. They have a waiting room but if it will take a while, they have a shuttle they will take you over to the mall and pick you up. They are very efficient, honest, and friendly.
