Merry Maids of Cocoa

They cleaned a house. They were on time. 2 girls they came in very professional, very thorough worked their hours and just were super. I gave them the keys told them to put it in the lock box because I had a meeting. To call me when they were finished so I know the hours and everything. then I checked the house after the meeting. It was excellent. I went to the office and paid. I even told the owner what a great job they did. They worked like 4 hours. The girls were professional. They came in and they got right to work. There was no chit chat or anything like that. They were hired to do a job, they came in and ready to do the job. The price seems high but they are all that way. One that I previous hired was about the same.

Quick, professional and thorugh

The house was a real mess from both the construction dust and debris as well as the previous owners. They arrived about an hour later than initially requested, but once they started cleaning they kept busy for a little over two hours. The cleaning went pretty well, there were still some things I had to go back and address areas that still needed cleaned like drawers and shelfs in both the kitchen and bathrooms and on top of the fridge. However I didn't consider that to be detrimental to us moving in the next day. I would use them again if in another bind or tight on time, otherwise I will do my own house cleaning.

They were super and very fast. They gave me excellent service and my house was very clean.

Sales person explained everything completely and took the time listen to what we wanted. They gave us a base price and also priced out a few options. The 2 person crew arrived near the set time and showed a written list as to what they were going to do. They were hear for approximately 5 hours due to the amount of accumulated dust and grime. They dusted everyting than can be dusted and also wet wiped the baseboards in the bathroom. After vaccuming the large area of wood flooring they wet mopped the entire surface and even moved some furniture around so they could get under it. When they left the house looked great, just the way a clean house should look. We did not have to sign any formal agreement, but we all agreed that service should be every 4th week. Their second visit took about 2 hours. Each vist they clean everything, but designate one area to get extra attention.

I have used them in the past when I lived in Cocoa. They did a fantastic job for a couple of years. The only reason I changed them was because I was spending $300 a month. They had to travel a distance. They were wonderful and great to work with. They send two ladies for the job. I have almost 7000 square feet. They are in and out in about three and half to four hours. I can eat off the floor. They are very nice. Their price is great because they have all their supplies and I don't have to give them anything. They know the best solution for whatever it is I have.

They come to us twice a month. They do a really good job, and they are quick in their service. The girl that comes in our house varies, it is not the same girl every service.
