I called early evening so my call went to VM but was returned within an hour. A time was set for the service call and they arrived as scheduled.The had been unit was icing up and was OFF when he arrived. He first cleaned the unit then tested it>>found all readings were in proper ranges.There was no explanation of what caused the icing problem since everything checked out OK. This is a rental so it is always hard to knowexactly what may have caused the problem. He advised to call back if the icing returns and he will come back.
