My fan motor in the outside unit was screeching fiercely-- I thought it probably needed to be replaced. Dennis inspected it and determined it just needed lubrication. Another firm prior to Dennis wanted to charge me $480 to replace it(!). I am VERY grateful I called Dennis.

Very good experience. The house I had just moved into has an old and obsolete Lennox G14 A/C unit, circa 1990. The squirrel cage fan needed extensive cleaning and the blower motor had seized up. When beginning the installation of the replacement motor, it was discovered that the housing in the vintage A/C unit differed from the newer motor brackets, and it might require a special order bracket (or require welding and drilling holes, etc). Fortunately, Mr. Lohaus was able to find a compatible mounting bracket. He has decades of A/C and HVAC experience and an extensive parts inventory.
