furniture sales
 + -1 moreThe Manager (Patty) tried to sell us a floor display instead of brand new sofa as promised. Then sent delivery truck to wrong address and when salesperson actually tried to point out to her the address error, she just brushed him off and told him to "just stand over there" like he was a 12 year old child. She huffed and puffed and made my wife and I both feel that we were a problem that she really didn't want to have to deal with. She was totally unprofessional. When we complained to the store owner, she pointed out that the Manager has a very hard job dealing with some " very stupid employees who do not know how to do their job correctly". The next day, we discovered that the salesperson who was dealing with us had been fired. La-Z-Boy Melbourne, FL is a totally unsatisfactory place to work and to deal with.
Description of Work: THIS REVIEW IS FOR W. NEW HAVEN BLVD. , MELBOURNE, FL STORE. They failed to provide professional, courteous customer service. Manager (Patty) treated us like we were an inconvenience and an intrusion. She is demeaning, dismissive and bullying toward staff, creating a hostile work environment
