Julie's Pool & Lawn

Julie’s Pool & Lawn did an incredible job clearing a very large pile of brush, trees, stumps, and sand from my yard. During the entire process Julie and her guys were honest, responsive, and very professional; you can tell they truly care about your needs and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure you're happy. I cannot thank Ronnie, Matt, and Julie enough for all their hard work over the weekend. I’m glad to have finally found an honest, reliable, and reasonably priced company like Julie’s Pool & Lawn.

Awful!!!! Took money before job was done - NEVER GIVE $$$$$ UNTIL JOB IS DONE. Family had to step in to insist job was done, but again not done. Sent photos of lousy job. Just got excuses. Never finished the job after repeatedly telling them to fix it. Felt like telling your teenaged children how to take care of the yard work. If professionals, they should know and also have proper equipment to manage a job so simple.

Everything that was completed was completed well.  Workers and owner(s) are friendly enough. 

We had also wanted two Queen palms trimmed.  Even though I was invoiced for it, the work was never completed.  When I questioned the billing, Julie was very apologetic and removed it from our invoice.  Her response was that their tree trimming crews were running behind (by about 3-weeks?)

While I understand that lawn care appointments are not always on the same tight time frame as other professions, I want a more accurate estimate of when the work would be completed.  They missed several dates of when the work was promised.  I ended up paying her for work completed and just hired another company (who did complete the tree trimming on time).

All-in-all, Julies Lawn Service seems honest, and the amount charged fair.   However, I also want service providers to complete work when they say they will.  Organization may be an issue with this company.

What stands out about them is their price and punctuality.
