Horrible customer service. I manage rental properties and have used them for a few years at least once a month. Some times they go days with out returning phone calls. I called them for a rental property and explained 3 plumbing issues we were having at the property. They sent me a bill stating that they put something on a faucet that was not the right size or brand, but that the problem was fixed and if it leaks again would need to replace sink. If they would have contacted me I would have told them to replace the sink instead of rigging it up with something that might just break again resulting in me having to pay another service fee for them to come out another day. 3 days after they came out the sink started leaking again. Called them and asked for them to come back and replace faucet. I requested to only pay for parts and labor and not pay for another service fee, but she said no. The whole time she talked over me and was completely rude. Which I was shocked being that we use them so often. I have a few more instances I don’t want to waste my time writing. Good luck to them. They just lost a our business. Not to mention now I will be sure to let everyone that asks for recommendations to stay clear of this company.

My Hot Water Heater is in an awkward location with minimal clearance in height and width.   The original tank was a 30 gallon short that the previous owner had installed because of the restrictions.  Unfortunately, he/she installed it for a 3 bedroom house.  When it started to fail, I contacted Jones Plumbing.  They came out and assessed the situation.  They measured every possible direction and worked with two vendors to locate a 40 gallon tank to fit in the area.  I was originally quoted a higher price because of the anticipated difficulty, but Jones was able to install the new tank without having to relocate anything as originally thought.  They passed this savings on to me, and then called later to remind me about a gas rebate offer from Florida City Gas. 

The first good thing was they answered the telephone.  The second good thing is we discussed the job and options.  The third good thing was they showed up as scheduled.  The fourth good thing is all work was completed professionally and efficiently and at a very reasonable price.  The fifth good thing is that Jones Plumbing is #1 for my future plumbing needs!

In response to an emergency call on the day before Thanksgiving, Jones Plumbing saved the day by unstopping the drain line from our master bathroom. The phone staff was knowledgeable and courteous. The 2-man crew arrived on time with a friendly and professional manner. They assessed the situation and did the work in less than an hour for a flat rate. Happy Thanksgiving!

Sandy in the office was very courteous and helpful, keeping me advised as to when they could get to my job. Tracy came out with his crew to get them started. He and his workers were courteous and professional. They have done work for me in the past and I will definitely use them again - and recommend them to my friends.

Just a few minutes behind the scheduled appointment. Faucet was installed and water was run thru the faucet to make sure all was plumbed correctly

They came on time and did a professional job. They replaced a leaking valve that also had a plastic fitting attached with a new brass 2 valve fitting. Much better! I don't have experience with plumbers, so can't really comment on how their price compares to others. Sandy in the office has been very cooperative in working with us setting up a schedule. I would definitely use them again.

Tracy was great! He was efficient, thorough, and friendly. He fixed my leaks and made sure I had no other problems. He showed me everything and explained it to me. He came just a couple of hours after I called. I am super satisfied and will only use him on the future! I highly recommend him! :)
