They did exactly what they said what they would do when they said they would do it, used 6" seamless gutter instead of developer-grade 5" gutter (important with our rains and oak trees), then when I made a change (five downspouts instead of four) in the middle of the job, they wouldn't charge extra for it, and they cleaned up after themselves. The job required detailed fittings around oblique roof lines.
