I called Jerry on a Friday afternoon and he said he could be at my house first thing Saturday morning to replace the compressor. I gave him all model number and serial number. Everything worked GREAT.

Jerry worked with us to meet the replacement schedule with a compatible unit so we did not have to replace the A/C lines or indoor evaporator. This was before the mandatory refrigerant change to R410. He then helped my neighbor to repair his unit at the best cost possible. My neighbor Steve was very happy as Jerry's work was much less cost than some large A/C service companies had quoted him. He explained the cost and the benefits with the service call to ensure there were no unanswered questions.
