+ -1 moreWe used this realty service for the short sale of our home. They did not show up for the closing and would not answer phone calls. They later said they did not agree with the settlement with the bank. Left me and the buyer sitting at the title company all day waiting to find out if we could come to an agreement. 12 days later after we paid them an additional $1000 they finally signed the papers we needed. Its a long story of lying and deceit on their part but not showing up to closing and costing us a $1000 was the final straw! Made us feel really bad for the lady who bought our house who drove from illionois and had her daughter and dog in the car waiting to move in to her new home.
