We use an older SuperDuty to tow our 27-foot fifth wheel. While disconnecting, the kingpin popped out of the hitch receiver suddenly and the weight bearing front legs slipped partway off the risers, catching the kingpin assembly inside the tailgate. The tailgate is now bowed outward slightly, just enough to offset the handle assembly and latch about a half-inch. The latch functions but is real balky, and the lock won't work. We called Jason because of the great reviews here, and then texted him pics as requested. Jason was very frank with us that the cost of correcting a tailgate bow would far exceed the cost of a replacement from a junkyard. He added some DIY alternatives and even offered neighborly help with the muscle involved if we went that route (we're older with some disabilities). We decided to go with a replacement, and Jason readily provided the names of some local sources. I agree with the previous reviewer that if he treats non-customers this well, he surely must treat paying customers like gold. We will definitely call on him first, the next time we have any kind of bodywork needs.

Sent pictures and an request for an estimate to Jason. He responded later that day and we set an appointment for the following day. He arrived on time, explained what needed to be done and completed the repair in less than 2 hours. He also repaired a couple of other minor dings. My SUV looks like new and I'm completely satisfied. And all this was done at a cost that was less than half of previous estimates I had obtained.

I called Jason and he asked me to send some pictures of the dent. After emailing photos to Jason. The next day Jason came to my home and fixed the dent. Jason is very professional and honest. He knows his profession. I highly recommend him.

I was amazed that the dings could be removed completely, especially the ones on the hood. Jason is a perfectionist and extremely skilled at what he does. He is very professional and honest and charged less than his estimate.

Jason looked over my car and gave me information that I would need to make sure the vehicle is repaired correctly. I thought he was extremely professional. He was near my house so swung by and when he saw how extensive my damage was (I didn't realize they specialize in minor dings/dents/scratches etc) he could have said and quot;we don't do this kind of workand quot; and left. Instead he was extremely helpful, he pointed out damaged areas and potential unseen damage that will make me sound informed when I meet with the insurance companies guys. I will be taking the car to a company he recommended and will DEFINITLY use them in the future when the car is dinged or dented only. I would highly recommend this company because if they treated me with this much respect and professionalism I can image how much more they treat actual customers.

Jason removed two dents from the side of the car and a larger dent in the front fender. All of the dents were directly on a curved beveled line of the metal that I thought would be very difficult to restore to its original state. Jason was able to mold the metal to keep the curved areas of the metal in perfect alignment. He really knows what he is doing and I would recommend his services to anyone who needs dents removed from a metal surface.

It went very well. Called him on Thurs, he came Friday after I'd sent pics of the two dents. Took him about an hr for the total and I cant see them anymore. Very satisfied.

Jason had repaired a ding on my BMW in 2008. Fast forward 5 years, another ding appeared probably from a car door hitting it in a parking lot. Even though the ding wouldn't probably bother most people, my eye would zero in on it and since I will be trying to sell it soon, I wanted it perfect! I called Jason in the morning and he was able to accommodate me that afternoon. I met him at a site that he was working near and not only did he fix the door ding that I pointed out, he also took care of a couple of other small dings that I didn't even notice :). It was repaired with a tool that actually pushed the ding out. Jason knows what he's doing and works fast! I would not hesitate to call Jason again for any dent repair that I will need for my vehicles in the future. The work was flawless. Very nice and really honest!

Jason was pleasant and professional. He took a lot of time to explain the repair and the likely outcome. When I went on site he did my repair right away. I watched him work the dent out of my wife's CRV door. He did a great job and the dent is not there anymore. He suggested I touch up the small paint breaks remaining and saved me another $50. Years ago he repaired some scratches on my 4Runner hood like they were not there. I recommend Jason for automobile scratch and dent repair.

I had a double crease in the same spot in my driver side door panel that was caused by the edge of a sedans sideview mirror. Jason was recommended to me by Gary at LineX spray on truck beds. I called him and he was working in the back lot at Melbourne Mercedes. Apparently new vehicles get dinged in the tight spaces of car lots. He said that he would be there for another hour and would work on my truck. I drove right over. I watched for the next 45 minutes as he coaxed the crease out of the door panel using a number of hook like tools, small hammers and blunted chisel. His patience and effort resulted in the disappearance of the large ding. You cannot tell that one was ever there. Jason is knowledgeable and professional, very happy to have found him.
