Dave provided service for us a few years ago with excellent results, so when we had a sudden palmetto bug invasion (yuck!!), we called Dave. He came that same day, thankfully, since I can't handle having those creatures in my house. Dave is friendly, very knowledgeable and always professional. He did a thorough job inside and out, spraying and laying bait. And his prices are reasonable too. The only palmetto bug I've seen since is a dead one. Thanks Dave! I am not normally a review writer but feel compelled to review Dave since he exhibited a level of professionalism and knowledge you rarely find today. Dave was super thorough, super friendly, explained every step of his process, and was open to questions throughout. He was kind enough to provide me input in other areas i asked him about. Dave has been retained as our full time pest control provider and we could not be more pleased.

Called three diff bug guys to care for our ant problem.   He returned call same day and price was competitive.   Arranged for him to come later in the day, and he provided treatment that day.   No issues.    Just good service.   Told us to call if we saw any more in the next few weeks.   We were still seeing some ants the next week so we called.    They came back and sprayed inside without any hesitation and no additional charge.

We found a spider inside the house and contacted several companies from Angies List. Dave's price was great and he came over within a couple days. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and identified the beast as a brown widow spider. He explained that it was a random and unusual find, but not an infestation. He did not try to scare us or sell unnecessary services, and his regular treatment plan is reasonable. We don't have a serious insect problem but want to avoid one. He treats the house and yard every two months for $65, and it is a large home. We will not use anyone else. Unless he stops servicing Melboune.

He comes every month.  We are very satisfied with him.  We were swamped by the spiders, so he wore the mask and went around to spray.  When we have a problem, we just call him and he comes right out.  He is very personable and listens to what I have to say.  He does what he needs to do and he is out of here.  He is very punctual.  Sometimes, if my schedule changes then he is fine with it.

If you have a problem, they come right out to fix it.

Everything was great from start to finish.  Dave was on time while I was a few minutes late.  His analysis of my plant problem was a fantastic bonus as I had no idea he had such a depth of knowledge extending way beyond your everyday wasps, spiders and ants.
Dave is a very nice and professional person who freely shares his knowledge to make the customer more informed.  Highly recommended!

We had a tough pest control problem.  We had tried another's services and had been battling it ourselves to no avail.  Dave, the owner, was very responsive and knowledgable about our particular problem.  He took the time to thoroughly inspect our home and make recommendations for treatment options.  He was prompt, courteous, professional and worked with us to solve our pest control problem.  I felt the price was very fair for the service he performed.  I would highly recommend his services.

They are good. They come when they are supposed to. They are pleasant and professional and get the job done. We pay them quarterly. We would rate them highly and would absolutely continue to use them in the future.
