Eugene is a very personable person who goes out of his way to assist you on any question you may have. He is professional and knowledgeable in this field and has developed a system where the work gets done on a timely manner always keeping you abreast of the of the next step. His Office Manager is friendly and efficient. The crew that installs the roof begin the work early in the morning and every day they are at the worksite, they leave things in an orderly manner. When they finish the job they make sure to leave all areas clean and even go out their way to check all areas before they leave. I have referred other people to Chillemi and they have been very pleased with their work and professionalism.

We had a roof leak from hurricane irma. Nearly all contractors only wanted to replace the roof and were unresponsive. Chillemi not only was responsive but they worked to fit us into their schedule ASAP. They also came out when the weather cooperated, so no further damage would result from having the roof open. Their price was comparable to the other contractors and when the job was somewhat bigger than estimated they honored the agreed to price. Prior to beginning the work up top, they went into the attic to determine where the leak was before removing a single shingle. I highly recommend Chillemi if you need a roofer.

Chillemi roofing came to my rescue after 10inches of rain post hurricane caused a leak. They repaired it within a few days during this a busy post hurricane season for them.

Great father/son team, using a few employees, did an excellent job re-roofing our house. Nice people to work with, honest and kept us informed every step of the way. After the initial clean-up the day of the job, they came back to make sure all nails were picked up (with a magnet) when the dumpster was taken away. The roof looks great!

Record high rainfall and my roof started leaking. Best move ever was to call Chillemi Restoration and Roofing Inc. Gene got on the problem as quickly as possible given the amount of rain that was coming down. He kept me informed and gave me pictures of all the repairs made. With the quality work that was done I expected to pay accordingly but to my surprise the repairs were very reasonable.Chillemi Restoration and Roofing Inc. will be the first ones I call when I get ready to replace the roof.

Not only did the repair the leak in my roof, they did a lot of "touch up" work to make sure I would not have any other issues in the near future. I was very happy with the gentlemen that came out. They were here when they said they would be here and were complete when they said they would be done. Very professional. They didn't even mind when I asked to go up on the roof to see what they had done.
