Bob and his crew were great! Christina, his wife, kept the process moving with permitting and coordinating the plumbing company to run the gas lines. With one phone call, everything got done! We have a 4,200 sq ft house, and just 7 days after the installation, our power went down in a thunderstorm for 7 hours. The generator worked PERFECT! Everything in the house kept running, and we continued to watch our movie with no interuptions. Can't believe we waiting so long to get this improvement done. By far, it is the best upgrade we've made to the house!! Thank you Bob, Christina, and crew!

I have a Generac 22KW home standby generator. For the past few months I have a trouble with the generator starting when it was cold. Bob came out and was able to fix it under a regular maintenance where he adjusted the gas pressure valves and change fluids. Nowthe generator starts up with no problem and runs great.

When our generator started having problems we called Bob Ryder based on Angie's List reviews. The great reviews were well deserved. We were so impressed by his responsiveness, honesty and work ethic. Bob thoroughly explained everything that happened and why and then fixed it all. He also provided us tips to keep future problems at bay, stuff few people think about. One example was either keeping the sprinkler from hitting the generator or changing that sprinkler zone to non-well water to keep rust from returning. Today I thought I smelled propane and Bob was at our home in 30 minutes. He checked everything out and all was fine. He wouldn't even accept any payment. Of all the businesses we deal with year-in and year-out, Bob Ryder and his wife, Christina, offer the highest in value, integrity, responsiveness and knowledge!

My experience with him was wonderful.  The generator wouldn’t start and I had lots of problems trying to start it .  He identified the problem and fixed it.  He corrected it and showed me how to prevent the problems from happening again.  I would definitely hire him again in the future.
