 + -1 moreI've been to Franks business in the past, but he recently sold to someone and now has decided to not give a s..t about his customers. The used tires I bought had 2 good and 2 poor tires. My BMW now has a lot of "road noise"; guess you get what you pay for. I bought 4 new tires for my Cadi and he couldn't reset the "Tire Monitor" light so sent me to Gattos and said they would take care of me. Wrong!! I called recently to see if he could help me by installing a Tire Pressure Monitor Sensor; he couldn't and again referred me to Gattos. I reminded him of my last experience. He got "snotty" and said, guess you should go to the Dealer. When I pointed out his "attitude" and sarcasm, he hung up on me. Is this a Professional???? If you're a Republican, kiss up to him, and have a lot of money, you should be fine. Disappointing.

 + -1 moreThey are the best place in town. I can just pull in and they will take me in a minute. I don't have to make an appointment. If I have a nail in my tire, I pull in and they will take the tire off. They will replace it with a plug and put the tire back on. It's a better price than I will get in any place in town. They carry a good brand of cooper tires that says 60000 mile tire. The quality and professionalism is very good. They are very friendly. I had a problem with the tire on my van. I pulled off the highway and went right into them. They fixed something and he brought the car back. He said I am well set. I asked him how much I owed him. He told me not to worry about it because I go there and buy tires all the time. Once when I was parked, a guy backed into my back bumper and put a hole into it. I went over there for something else and I told him about it. He checked my paint color and he got the right color for my car. He called and asked me to bring the car over in 1 hrs time because he had the bumper. I went over there and he put a brand new bumper. It was only $369 for it.
Description of Work: I used Big Franks Tire & Wheel Inc to put 4 tires on the car. They also checked the brakes to make sure the brakes were ok and then they did wheel alignment. I have had both my vans and a truck there.
