Great job

They did a great job in repairing the walls and ceiling in the master bedroom including painting. Ron was quick to call and gave me a price on the spot. I will definitely used them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Project: Repair of fence gate: I paid over $300 to Home Advisor for the project, up front. Then I discovered that it didnt include the materials (per the workman) - which I had to provide / pay for. I am glad that the gate was fixed, but when I received Home Advisors estimate, I didnt expect it to represent only labor. Then the guy wanted an extra $40 because he said he was only getting paid $75 from HA.

My only complaint is that I was not consulted about which direction (in or out) I wanted the gate to open.

Many companies try to just sell you a new fence. They understood my wants to keep the original fence and repair where needed. They worked hard and did exactly what we asked. Thanks so much!

Zeke is very amiable, professional, and punctual! Does great work and preps well around the work area as well as cleaning up very well behind the work. His estimate and charge was considerably less than others yet he did superb work.

They were quick in their response and came when they promised.

I would highly recommend Ron to anybody. And the people he has on his crew are very knowledgeable and I'm very glad to have them working in my home. They clean up after they are done.

The people who did the job did a very bad job, even parts that they removed to install the post they never put them back. The gate was moving a lot and many other things they did wrong. I don't recommended to anybody.

Better Built Inc. is fantastic. The price was at the upper end that I could afford, BUT they were fast, efficient, really nice, and the work is outstanding. Plus, aside from doing the job on the fence, he offered to fix a broken lock on my screened in sunroom, to secure one of the beams on the bottom of the screen, and replace one of the screens. Also, they replaced all (or almost all) of the posts on the fence. That was not on the list of what I needed done (replace the damaged areas of the fence, fix both gates into my yard - would have been enough for the city to be happy), so now the fence is much stronger than it would have been and does not sway when pushed on. My sunroom is repaired, and all for a very reasonable price. I'd like to, at some time, completely replace the fence and modernize it. I absolutely will call this company when that time comes.

Not much to write. He came for the estimate when he said he would. Told me when they could schedule it, a couple days later he called and said he had a cancellation, so he could do it right away. Fence posts were replaced, and all is well.
