I thought all was going well. Mr. Steel had been coming every other month for probably over a year. I waited to hear from him to make appt. for Aug. and I never heard. I've probably called over 10 times and left as many messages with no reply. Several messages I even asked what had I done wrong. To further complicate my feelings, his wife and I go back many years in the dental office where I worked. To say I'm confused and hurt is putting it mildly. If he didn't want me as a customer any longer why not pick up the phone and say so.
