STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Spent over $10,000 to have porch enclosed with glass that was warranted for 6 years. 6.5 years after install window trim has rusted and made holes. I contacted Atlantic Glass in 6/19 and after several calls a representative from the window manufacturer came and inspected the porch in mid July. He said Atlantic Glass would be in touch. Over 15 calls and several visits to the store and many, many promises and excuses, nothing has been done and we still haven't heard from Atlantic Glass. This company has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AFTER SALES SUPPORT! The pictures speak for themselves. I hate having to do this!

Horrible: for both replacement windows and shower glass Replacement Window Experience: We waited over 6 weeks for an estimate. Jake, the owners son did the visual inspection for replacement windows. After getting a petulant attitude from both the owner and his son because of their mistakes with our shower glass; the owner's son stalling, stating that his father had to come look at the job before it could be approved; dozens of requests to get this bid, we had to come to the conclusion that this company was just farcical. After stringing us along for 6 weeks a company we were also considering had a 7% price hike. Good for us that Atlantic Glass was still outbid by a reputable, professional company that quoted on time and had a shorter install schedule. As we told this story to friends in the area they pulled their bids from Atlantic Glass. When mentioning this to the owner, Brian, his response was "I don't need the business anyway. I have a lot of customers." Shower Glass Experience: to be fair it may have been a little challenging, but the customer service and the corrective action were handled unprofessionally and with quite a bit of attitude. The glass for the shower needed to be cut with a template because of a 1/4 inch grade difference from one side to the other. The company rep, Jake, said it was his bad and would get new glass cut at their expense. The new class came in with a gap on the other side of the glass! When I called Jake to discuss this gap in the glass, with the temperament of a grade school child, he simply stated "it's with in factory standards." What is not a factory standard is having a bigger gap at one end of the glass than the other Jake. I will never use or recommend this company.

We love Atlantic Glass! Bryan and his team are top notch! Lee at the office is super sweet and always makes sure you get the answers you need. Their installers are super, too (we most recently worked with Scotty and another gentleman I am afraid I would get his name wrong so won't try it, but he was great too). Professional, friendly on-time, you know they know what they are doing, and they clean up like they weren't even there.
We have been working with Atlantic Glass over the past 2 years. We met them through our G.C. who we know only hires the best. We added a large addition to our home, including 8 foot tall, 18 foot wide impact sliding doors and quite a few windows (worked with Chester on install during this time). Everything was done perfectly. One of the doors had a problem with the glass and Atlantic had the manufacturer out here on site and they quickly took care of the issue by replacing the glass. There was also a trim piece that took months to get from the manufacturer and Atlantic made sure we got the piece and it wasn't forgotten. They were a great advocate back to the manufacturer for us.
We recently started renovating the rest of our home and replaced the remaining windows with the double-pane, low-e, impact windows Atlantic installed in the addition. We called Atlantic directly. They were more than wonderful yet again.
All in all, we probably have around $25K+ into our windows/glass doors and we couldn't be happier. I would hire them again in a heartbeat, but we are out of windows to replace! :-)
So do yourself a favor and bring Atlantic Glass on board for your windows. You'll be super glad you did!

I had had two previous estimates. Atlantic beat everyone by $1000. As far as pricing goes, that was wonderful. I took a trip to the office and chose to go with them since there's no middleman. Everyone was quite pleasant and accomodating in the office.
Two gentleman installed the windows. I noticed one of them was spending more time on a particular window. I checked the windows before they left and noted that one was hard to open, but the technicians showed me how to get it to open and assured me it might be that way for a while. They showed me how to care for the windows.
After they left, I noticed I couldn't get one window open, so I called the office. Someone was supposed to come out until Friday, but they were backlogged so it took 8-10 days after installation for someone to come back to check it. They missed the original appointment without calling. It took another week to get the part. In between then, I had to address the missed appointment. If you can't make an appointment, you should call and let me know. It's inexcusable to me for a professional.
He finally came back and worked hard at it, and was pleasant and cheerful, but it still didn't seem to be working. I kept trying for two days but it still didn't work, and I strained my back doing it, so I called the office. I asked them to come back or call the manufacturer, PGT. When PGT's rep came out, he was able to see the problem. It might have been a manufacturer's defect, he said, so he took pictures to present to his boss and Atlantic Glass, so I kept waiting to hear if they'd replace it.
I had to be the initator to address these problems, not them calling to make sure things were satisfactorily handled. They just kind of ignore you after things are done and I think an excellent business should call and check on you after you spend nearly $4000. I've got window that doesn't open, except for sometimes an inch on one side. I'm waiting to find out the resolution.

The product was fine but there were delays, constant changes in scheduling, little regard for residents, and not much accountability. We had some concerns with the way they did some of the installation and were basically told it was done right and they weren't changing anything.

We had Atlantic provide glass covers for our new bedroom set. Price was reasonable and tops were ready quickly. We were very satisfied with Atlantic Glass and happy with their product.

It was a very efficient enterprise! The men that came to do the work were very professional and friendly. They answered any and all questions readily! They were also very polite! Hubby and I cannot think of anything negative about the entire experience! I would highly recommend Atlantic Glass in Cocoa Florida! If and when we need new windows installed or know someone who does....they will be the first stop! Thank you Atlantic Glass!

Atlantic Glass in Cocoa was able to provide for me a custom shaped (this was not a simple square shape), tempered glass in a smoked color to my exact specs. The finished product met my specs (the measurements were important) and expectations and was delivered in the time frame and price quoted.
I would use them again.

I selected Atlantic glass because of several local recommendations. This was after receiving estimates from 4 other local companies. I was considering PGT windows but Atlantic recommended CWS even though they also carry PGT. Atlantic also recommended using a white film between the layers of glass for privacy in the bathroom, see picture, it looks really nice. The CWS windows are great, they have 2 lift bars, automatic latches, and they do not have those noisy rods on the sides. The most important consideration for replacement windows is the installation. Atlantic knocked it out of the ballpark. After the install was complete I couldn't even tell they had been there. No touch up paint required on the inside and no stucco repair on the outside. All I had to do was hook up the alarm contacts. Way to go Atlantic Glass.

The price was close to another estimate I had gotten and over $6,000 cheaper than the high bid. Brian came out a second time to measure the windows when there was a question about a couple of them. The workers were careful about cutting the stucco and prepping the old frames for removal to minimize dust in the house and made sure that the openings were sealed at the end of each work day so I didn't have to worry about rain. When one of the new windows wouldn't open, the installer fixed it as soon as I told him about the problem. The installer noticed that the new sliding glass door frames ended a little far away from the wall and installed new wood trim around the door for a better finished look. Two of the windows were broken in shipment and had to be re-ordered, which meant they were installed 2 weeks after work started. Overall, the installation was done in a timely manner. The work areas outside were cleaned up every day and the installers vacuumed beneath each window after it was installed. My questions were always answered and the workers were always courteous.Communications with the office were good. The end result is better than I imagined it would be.

I don't have any dislikes about them. I think it was good and their prices were fair. I would rate them well. They were very nice and I they finished the job within 24 hours. I have no complaints.

Glenn arrived early within the estimated arrival time. He assessed the window and determined the glass presently in the top and bottom panes were too thin. He then took both panes of the window back to the shop and replaced the panes with thicker/safer glass. I only requested replacement of the broken pane and Glenn replaced both for slightly less than the estimated price for one, and he used better quality glass. Additionally, Glenn was so very nice and professional. I will use Atlantic Glass in the future and absolutely recommend them to anyone needing window/glass services.

Were responsive to initial inquiry by phone. Came at the scheduled time for estimate of job. Very professional estimator. Answered all my questions.
Custom doors were first fabricated to the wrong size by the manufacturer, so Atlantic Glass called me to give me an update on a brief 2 day delay.
Installation happened when scheduled. No problems at all. Look great. Very satisfied

I found them through Angie's List. They were fine. I went to them with the window frame and picked it up next day. They were very good. If I needed them, I will certainly use them again.

They were very professional. There was a defect in the glass that I thought I had purchased, and they were very helpful in getting the glass that I truly wanted. They even gave me a discount for my troubles.

Both jobs were done well and within 2 days at a price that was fair. Because both orders were in a size that I could carry in/out, there was no home visit involved.
