I DO NOT RECOMMEND DARYL LIPSEY OR HIS COMPANY, ACR.
I will be contacting the Dept of Business and Professional Regulation with a complaint, the BBS, and take him to small claims court.
"If [Member name removed] wishes to contract ACR to look for additional leaks we will be happy to serve him. I have been in business in FLA. since 1974 and continue to provide the best skill and service possible."
"This project was NOT a joke it was a night mare. Immediately we encountered termites thru the entire house, which I spent 10 days repairing walls and dry wall. I did not learn of any theft or see any police report of theft to this date. Only till I was ready for my third draw did these issues come up. The member is clearly short on money and with the project 75% complete decides he can finish himself. He still owes ACR in excess of $16,000.00. This is typical of a home owner trying to beat his Contractor of his last draws. All materials have been delivered on schedule, the balance was to be delivered and installed as scheduled. I was denied access to the job to continue work and refused scheduled draws which has halted progress."
