We have used this tree service for years and they usually do a good job. I called them yesterday and asked them if they could trim the trees in front in a couple of weeks. I asked them to let me know when they were available and I would take the day off. I told them I wanted to be there when they did the work because I don't like contractors working around my home if I am not there.
My husband called me while I was at the eye doctor today to tell me he just got home and the tree guys were working and 1/2 finished with the work they were doing while no one was home! My eyes were dilated when I got home so I could not see what they were doing or tell them what I wanted them to cut. They never called me to schedule and didn't do a very good job cleaning up before they left.
Mr.Butler told my husband he didn't call first because he lost my number. Really? I just spoke with him yesterday.....
