We had lost soffit pieces during 2 previous hurricanes. Dave told us it needed to be framed and attached to pressure treated wood - not just attached directly to our stucco. We did not know how extensive and time consuming a job that would be, otherwise we would not have questioned his bid, although it was not much bellow our previous contractor's bid who ONLY did soffits. Dave and his crew were here before 7:00 a.m each morning, and completed their day around 3:00. Not very talkative, they never took breaks or stopped for lunch. Cleaned up after themselves each day. Did extra work that required replacing rotting wood and informed us we had termites. Talked with each of our termite companies to show what they had discovered - which was confirmed. Also did a few other minor but very annoying jobs in their work area, at no additional charge. We could not have been more pleased with the job they did - and would absolutely hire him to do any home construction work.
Description of Work: Framed and replaced entire soffit of our house, and replaced rotting wood on outside wall
