I met with Sean who spent an hour on my roof looking around and assessing the damage and needed repairs. He wrote up an estimate within 48 hours. Once contracted I was scheduled and they confirmed on a Friday for a Monday morning start. They showed up when they said. Took the old roof off and prepped in one day. Came back the next morning and did the new roof. Cleaned up the site and were gone. All done in 48 hours and you wouldn't know they were there. The roof looks better than the original job that was done 2 years before. They do great work. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking.

I was quite satisfied with the entire process. From the original assessment of damage, interface with the insurance company and actual work performed. And that satisfaction extends to the subcontractors hired by Alron to perform the dismantling & reassembly of pool heater solar panels and the rescreening of sections of the lanai. Final cost to me was exactly the figure agreed to in the original contract. Additionally, Alron provided a Wind Mitigation Report for submittal to insurance company. It has been 2 months since work completion and there appears to be no issues.

Couldn't have gone better. Alron coordinated closely with our insurer to establish an approved roof replacement at equivalent (or better) quality to our existing roof. Owner Ronnie Elliot was responsive, reassuring and supportive throughout the entire claim processing period, which was quite lengthy. Once the job was underway, Alron Construction delivered a roofing package on schedule, as promised, that was entirely superior in every way. We were particularly impressed by the work crew and the workmanship that they provided, start to finish. A really positive experience all round.

Everyone we dealt with was professional and punctual . From the many phone calls and details involving insurance and mortgage company Alron dealt with it all beautifully . A special thanks to Malcom Phipps who managed to put any concerns to rest and was incredibly patient and kind. The roofing job itself went exactly as he said it would and in the time frame he promised. The roofers themselves were neat and polite . They left no trace behind at the end of the day. No nails in the driveway or yard , no trash , just a new roof and gutters.

Alron construction installed a new roof on our house and it started to leak after a couple months. Another roofing contractor we hired found several problems with the roof. They did a lousy job installing the shingle.

About a  year later, the bedroom was leaking. Water just coming down below the shingles near the flashing area. 
All of the flashing were installed with too much of the flashing exposed. This shouldn't be happening if the roof installed properly from the beginning. Instead of fixing the problem, they blamed the exterior paint and water irrigation. They didn't honor the warranty. We had to hire another company to fix the problem.
