Fast response, came when he said he would come, found what was wrong, ordered the part, installed the part, charged what he said he would. Charged what the part cost, and charged reasonable labor charge. Very satisfied.

Service Rep (Mike) arrived on time and was thorough and efficient.  He advised me that he did not think I needed a heat wrap installed (same situation had happened with another refrigerator a few years ago and that Svc Rep did install a part to keep the defrost line from refreezing). 
Mike advised me that if the drain freezes again (which he does not think it will) that he will return and install the heat wrap for $65.
The charge I paid would have been $75 but I had a "mention this ad and save $10" which he honored!  
I have found another FOR SURE reliable, honest, and professional company after several bad experiences over the past ten years!!!!
